We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for various tasks related to landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. This is a great opportunity for individuals with mechanical knowledge and a passion for outdoor work.
Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of landscapes
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools
- Assist in tree care, including pruning and removal
- Help build and repair outdoor structures
- Perform general groundskeeping duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
